Composition of Staff

We have an open mind with regard to our human resource policy. We employ more than 50 nationalities worldwide, a 50/50 balance between male and female employees, and a balanced distribution across age groups 20 – 70, blending the drive and energy of the young with the knowledge and experience of the senior staff. Because of long-term employment of most of our personnel, we can now count on a total of 2,000 employee years of knowledge and experience on a daily basis and still have a relatively low number of personnel.
